How many kgs will i lose in 10 days on the curd and Green Tea diet?
breakfast: a hard boiled egg, 1 cup of green tea without sugar.
lunch: 125 gms of low fat yogurt, 1 cup of green tea without sugar.
dinner: 3 tbsps of low fat yogurt, 1 cup of green tea without sugar.
I don’t know, but it sounds kinda gross, very boring, and not something that will help you keep the weight off. Here’s what worked for me:
