How many weight watcher points am I allowed if I am 5′ 4″ and weigh 177 lbs.?
Can anyone help me determine how many points I am allowed a week if I weigh 177 lbs and I stand 5 feet, 4 inches tall? I have the weight watcher food Points Calculator but I cant afford to start a membership so I dont know how many points I am allowed. Thanks for your help.
